SYLVAIN PAYETTE
President & CEO
Mr. Payette is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Accountant (CA), and has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Montreal-based securities broker Renaissance Capital Inc. since 2000, which is an Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) regulated brokerage firm. In his executive role with the company, Mr. Payette has been instrumental in the success of the company as the Canadian market leader in the Immigrant Investor Program.
Prior to joining RCI, he was the Director of the Member Regulation Department of the Investment Dealers Association of Canada (now Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization) and also worked at KPMG.
Mr. Payette is a graduate of the Université du Québec a Montréal and attended the Advanced Management Program of Harvard Business School in 2003, thus enabling him to acquire the strategic insight and tools for RCI to stay ahead of its competitors.
PETER PARK
Director
Mr. Park is responsible for all the treasury and banking functions at the company. He has more than15 years of experience in the investment field, most recently as Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager at an investment management firm where he was responsible for the fixed income department that managed more than $6 billion in assets for institutional and high net worth accounts.
Previously, Mr. Park worked at a large Canadian insurance company as part of a team responsible for managing multi-billion dollar fixed income assets. He has experience in managing both U.S. and Canadian bond portfolios. Mr. Park is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Lawyer
After starting her career as an Immigration Advisor for the Ministry of Immigration, Francization and Integration of Quebec, Me Attia joined the team at RCI as its in-house legal counsel. Her experience on both sides of the process, offers her a unique and enriching insight in helping clients navigate the complexities of the Quebec Investor Program.
